Some of the key amenities are listed below:
• Vaulted or high ceilings with expansive windows give a spacious feel.
• Solid 36-inch oak doors throughout, interior walls are 6 inches thick, insulated, and all main shared walls have double dry wall and Homosote sound attenuation boards on resilient channels for sound proofing.
• Thirteen high-definition, flat panel TVs including every bedroom (6), 2 bathrooms, living room, den, family room and exercise room. All TVs are Sony or Toshiba and almost all have an internal DVD player.
• The living room has a touch pad remote
controlling a new Sony SXRD high definition flat panel, Anthem A/V processor, Macintosh amps, and B&W speakers.
• Whole house audio with in-wall speakers in all key living areas.
• Office/den with new Dell XPS400 with dual core processor, Intel Pentium processor, Canon Pixma MP950 printer, Microsoft office professional software.
• Wireless computer network throughout the house and two Sony Viao computers in the second floor bedrooms.
• Cable TV with expanded HBO and Showtime packages.
• Collection of books, tapes, and DVD’s in office for your convenience.
• Whole house (or room to room) intercom (19 in total).
• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Laundry room with washer, dryer, and utility sink on main floor with chute from top floor. Whole house vacuum, in-wall ironing board, iron and miscellaneous cleaning equipment.
• Living room is divided into a sitting area around the fireplace and more extensive seating around the home theater and wet-bar area. 
• New infrared TEC grill with rotisserie, deep fryer and natural gas hook up is conveniently located on the first floor deck. The infrared technology allows for rapid grilling on even the most frigid winter nights.
• Outside of garage is a modest sized, but level, asphalt basketball court with one hoop. Various other sporting equipment such as a basketballs, footballs, mountain bikes and skis are also available in the heated garage.
• Five bathrooms, all with Jacuzzi’s, four with separate shower stalls, four finished with slab marble flooring and wainscoting, the fifth with ceramic tile. Two of the bathrooms have wall mounted flat panel TVs above their two-person Jacuzzi’s.
• A very oversized two person Jacuzzi finished in slab marble and over-looking state forest and the distant Seven Springs Resort. This is entered through the second floor’s second master bedroom suite, or through the main hallway.
• New luxury linens, pillows, and comforters throughout with enough towels to accommodate large groups with minimum, if any, need for laundry during the week.
• Three gas fireplaces (second floor master bedroom, main
floor living room, and ground floor family room).
• Surrounding forest with halogen up-lights to give dramatic evening views.
• The first floor has a wrap around, tiered deck with gated stairwell to lower deck. The gate allows for the safety of small children or pets. The deck is accessed via the main floor sunroom or main floor living room.
• Lower level, ground floor deck accessed from family room. There is an integral sand box for young children.
• Interesting art work and sculptures. Artist biographies are provided.
Additional Services Available
• We will help with dinner reservations and bookings (i.e. white water trips, golfing) to the extent we can, free of charge.
• Stocked beverages (including water, soda and beer), modest quality wine collection with wine refrigerator, two stocked bars with premium liqueur, basic foods including condiments, soup, pasta and frozen meats. All are a la carte (and to a large extent, on an honor system) and are
provided at cost.
The renter is responsible for making sure no minors (less than 21 years of age) have access to or consume any alcoholic beverages. Furthermore, the renter agrees not to provide alcohol to anyone who might drive under the influence. The two wet-bars and wine refrigerator can be locked upon request. The beverages are for your enjoyment at the home but, using an honor system, we ask you not “take” unused amounts with you.
• Extra maid service depending on availability at our cost ($20/hr) plus $40.00 trip charge.
• At your request we will do minor grocery stocking consisting of bread, milk, juice, cereal, condiments, pancake mix, syrup, butter, bagels/muffins, pasta, sauces, and cheese/crackers in no case to total more than $100 dollars. You will only be charged the price of the items purchased and we would ask that you discard or take with you any opened items.
• We will stock extra soda, bottled water and beer. You will be charged our cost plus $40.00 trip charge*.
• We will stock extra wines carried by the Pennsylvania state stores given adequate time and availability. You will be charged our cost plus $40.00 trip charge.*
• We will stock any special liquors depending on availability. You will be charged our cost plus $40.00 trip charge.*
